What is the violet flame and what are its benefits?
The violet flame is a powerful spiritual energy. It is the most effective spiritual tool you can use today to completely transform your world and make amazing progress in your spiritual life. You can give the violet flame to:

The Violet flame changes negative energy into positive energy. To transmute something means to change it from one state to another. Alchemists of old tried to transmute base metals like lead into gold. Spiritually speaking, this is what the violet flame does. It transmutes the “lead portion” or negative energies of ourselves into positive energy.
We know from yoga and acupuncture that we are most healthy when Chi (i.e. life-energy or prana) flows freely through our bodies. Chi rejuvenates us; however, if this energy flow slows down or is blocked, negative energy appears and begins to calcify. It is like the hardening of the arteries of our spiritual bodies – it can manifest in a variety of ways such as disease, accidents, or the resurfacing of old and undesirable habits.
The source of negative energies can appear in other ways. For instance, you sometimes pick them up from the negative thoughts and emotions of those around you. They can also originate from burdensome records of past traumas trapped in your unconscious or subconscious.
This is where the violet flame can come to the rescue! You can experience the violet flame as a spiritual spa where it will saturate every cell and atom of your body, your mind, your emotions, and your memories. The violet flame goes in, sweeps through, and cleans out the “dust” of the centuries, restoring the natural flow of light within you.
Perhaps you remember the character “Pig-Pen” from the Peanuts cartoon by Charles M. Schulz. “Pig-Pen” was known for his perpetually filthy overalls and the cloud of dirt and dust that followed him wherever he went. He sometimes referred to the cloud as "the dust of ancient civilizations" and could not seem to rid himself of the dust for more than a brief time despite his best efforts. Well, if only Pig-Pen had known about the violet flame!
Scientifically speaking, how does the violet flame work?
When you look at a rainbow, you can see the violet light is on the edge, and it seems to disappear off into infinity. And this is actually what happens, the violet color of the rainbow disappears into a higher frequency violet ray. It forms a bridge between the physical and the spiritual world.
And as you may know, visible light is only a tiny portion of an electromagnetic spectrum of varying wavelengths, which includes radio waves, microwaves, infrared radiation, visible light, ultraviolet rays, x-rays, and gamma rays. Of visible light, violet light has the shortest wavelength and highest frequency. Similar to the violet color in the rainbow, this high frequency violet light is a point of transition from the visible to the invisible, from the physical world to the spiritual world.
The violet flame is very close in vibration to the compounds and chemical elements in our physical universe, which gives it a unique ability to interpenetrate and transform matter. Every atom and molecule of spirit and matter has its own vibration, whether it be a flower, your body, your soul, or a blade of grass. it sings the note of the pure essence of that substance.
And when the violet flame comes into contact with something, the substance conforms or returns to its own inner harmony, it’s own unique and perfect frequency. Negative energy is changed to positive energy and is allowed to flow freely again!
What is the origin of the violet flame?
For thousands of years, the violet flame was known to only a few saints and mystics of East and West. It was taught by Jesus and other spiritual teachers to only certain devotees, so as not to be misused by mankind.
The violet flame wasn’t shared publicly until the 1930s, when Saint Germain (see next FAQ) released the knowledge of it through the I AM Activity.

Guy and Edna Ballard founded the I AM Movement under the direction of the ascended master Saint Germain, who created the opportunity for everyone to have access to this higher dimension of light.
Mark and Elizabeth Prophet
Later, Saint Germain came forward with new revelation on the violet flame through The Summit Lighthouse. Mark Prophet founded the Summit Lighthouse in 1958. He was later joined by his wife Elizabeth and they also worked tirelessly to promote the understanding and use of the violet flame.

Who is Saint Germain?
Saint Germain is an Ascended Master who, beginning in the 1930’s, restored to us the understanding and public knowledge of the violet flame. As a result of his tremendous gift, we now have the opportunity to transform our personal lives, our nations and our planet as a whole.
In addition to Saint Germain, we have many other friends in heaven who love us as much as our closest friends on earth do. These friends are Ascended Masters too and we can also think of them as the saints in heaven.
Saint Germain’s name means “holy brother.” He is a loving, gracious, merciful, and forgiving ascended master. Saint Germain embodies the freedom flame and has had many lifetimes on earth. He has been a guiding light – a mystic, alchemist, scientist, philosopher, monk, prophet, and more.
You might wonder how someone all the way up in heaven could possibly understand your problems. But Saint Germain lived on earth too. He also had challenges and had to balance his karma and conquer situations with great love in his heart so he could stay in heaven permanently. He earned the right to ascend to heaven.
Saint Germain is a loving master who is very special because he is the first one to teach us about the violet flame. And he is an expert on teaching us how to use it, it is his specialty.
You will never find a better friend than Saint Germain!
Does Saint Germain replace Jesus as Savior?
No. Both are great Ascended Masters, and in the heaven world all work in perfect cooperation. But the Masters do not do each other’s work, and each gives a service to Earth with which no other Master interferes.
Does the violet flame belong to a particular religion or belief system?
No. Anyone, regardless of their beliefs or spiritual affiliation, can experience the benefits of the violet flame anywhere, anytime. Indeed, there is only one summit on a mountain but there are multiple ways to climb it!

What is the role of reincarnation and the violet flame?
Reincarnation is a part of many religions and belief systems including Hinduism and Buddhism. However, you do not have to adhere to a belief in reincarnation to benefit from the violet flame!
Nonetheless, the violet flame can help balance negative karma or sin from your current or previous lifetimes. The earth is a schoolroom and without the violet flame it would be quite difficult to pass all the lessons from this and other lifetimes in the span of only one life. It is a grace and mercy to have the knowledge of the violet flame and be able to apply it.
Does it cost money to use the violet flame?
No. The violet flame is freely available to everyone!
How will I feel or what will I experience when giving the violet flame?
The violet flame is a spiritual fire rather than a physical fire; therefore, it’s not hot and it doesn’t burn you. Instead, it burns or clears away things which burden you spiritually.
Most of us cannot see the violet flame but for some with spiritual sight, it appears as flames with colors ranging from dark indigo to brilliant amethyst to violet pink.
As you begin to use the violet flame, you will experience feelings of joy, lightness, hope, and newness of life. Some people may not feel anything at first or for quite a while. If that’s the case, don’t be discouraged, just know the violet flame is doing its perfect work in you.
How can I use the violet flame?
It is ideal to give the violet flame in a quiet, undisturbed environment. You can also give it during any “down time” when your mind is not occupied such as when you’re making breakfast, doing laundry, or driving. You can even visualize your morning shower as a shower of violet flame!
