Discover a Place Where Little Angels Find Their Wings - part 1 of 2

My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary. During dinner that evening, we found ourselves reminiscing about our first date together. As we talked, I was reminded of a story she shared with me when we first met — one that left a lasting impression on me.

My wife, who is also part of our team here at Violet Flame World, wrote down her story to share with all of you. In her own words:

A Hospital Worker's Story of Compassion and Healing

“I was in my early twenties, and I worked in a small-town hospital as a certified nursing assistant. I was so fortunate to work alongside my mom who was a nurse. Working the day shift I often helped with the surgical recovery patients and helping mothers with their babies after delivery.

One day after I arrived at work, I discovered I had been assigned to take care of a one-year-old girl who had suffered severe burns from a house fire.  The experience was life changing. She was so tiny and in so much pain. I was told to treat her burns with cream using sterilized Q-Tips. She was so sweet and when I rubbed the burn areas with the Q-tip she would close her eyes and relax. And when I stopped, she would cry. She couldn’t be held because of the severe burns so it was hard to take.

It was a long healing process, and I cared for her for quite a long time. I tried hard not to get attached to that sweet tiny girl.  I also discovered I went to school with her mom who had burns on her arms from saving her daughter.  They were poor and lived in a very old house that caught fire from a heater.  As Christmas approached, I bought her a little toy to put in her crib. She was later released on my day off, so I was unable to say goodbye.

You learn quickly to set aside your emotions and move on to the next person that is in need. There was always someone in need of a helping hand and I loved taking care of people.

A few months later my mom came to my house with a sad expression on her face. She told me she had bad news. The little girl with burns that I had taken care of in the hospital was in another house fire.  This time, both she and her mother perished in the fire.

This all happened many years ago and to this day I can still see her lying in the crib while I cared for her. God gave me an opportunity to care for that special little soul.

I am grateful for this experience and the many things I learned. God’s little children are all so precious. Hug your children every day and cherish the blessings each one brings.

Life is so short. Embrace every moment and every blessing God places before you.” [the end]

By now, you’ve probably figured out that I married up!

The previous story also reminds me of an experience I had when I was very young. I often visited the local cemetery with my parents and sometimes with just my mom. She would bring gardening tools and spend considerable time trimming and watering around a particular headstone. Even as a small child, I noticed how quiet and reflective she was during those visits. It wasn't until I was older that I learned my parents had lost their oldest son—my brother—shortly after childbirth.

Over the years, I have often wondered what became of my brother, why his life was so brief, and where he is now. My mother, who is now advanced in age, tells me this is one of the first things she hopes to ask when she reaches the heaven world.

At the time, I didn’t realize this one event would become part of a much greater search for understanding. It is my hope to share some of these discoveries with you here — and this is where the next part of our story begins.

The Importance of Children in Society

We have an obligation to care for all children while they are living here on Earth. A civilization is measured, in part, by how it cares for its young and its elders.

Children deserve opportunity. They deserve to know human love and the comfort of a caring touch in their early years. They should be taught about God, the path of light, and their divine purpose.

Jesus was very clear in expressing His love and respect for the little child. When people grow insensitive to the suffering or plight of children, they allow a certain hardness of heart and spiritual blindness to take root in their lives. This is surely a condition we all want to avoid.

When the Student is Ready the Teacher Appears

What happens when infants, young children, and teenagers succumb to accidents, diseases, and other causes?

The movie The Shack [2] does a beautiful job of offering hope and comfort to anyone who has experienced the painful loss of a loved one. Watch the following excerpt of a particularly moving and thought-provoking scene from the film:

Life Beyond the Veil

In the movie, I believe the waterfall is a metaphor for the veil which separates one world from another.  For children in particular, what else might exist out there just beyond the “waterfall”?

Have you ever stopped to think that in the hierarchy of heaven there are Masters and angels assigned to work on behalf of the children?

In previous blog posts, we have identified the Masters as our friends in high places – those in heaven who love us as much as our closest friends on earth do. These friends are called Ascended Masters. We can also think of them as the saints in heaven. There are many Ascended Masters who want to help us!

Introducing the Ascended Master Eriel, our Newest Friend in High Places!

The Ascended Master Eriel welcomes you to his heavenly treat on the spiritual world somewhere over the state of Arizona
The Ascended Master Eriel

Eriel once lived in China as an alchemist, philosopher and sage. Since graduating from the schoolroom sometimes referred to as Earth, Eriel has assisted China through numerous crises, including times when many passed from earthly life.

Eriel's Heavenly Retreat for Children

Eriel is a hierarch who is known to preside over and maintain an etheric retreat in the heaven world over the state of Arizona.

A hierarch is a term used for a person of high spiritual authority, such as a high priest or priestess, or someone holding an elevated rank within a sacred tradition.

Eriel’s retreat is a haven of light apart from worldly vibrations, a retreat in the true sense of the word. Those who like to hike in the mountains and meditate upon God will appreciate the Spirit that permeates this retreat.

Eriel’s retreat exudes an atmosphere of divine love and the music “To a Wild Rose,” from Woodland Sketches, by Edward MacDowell, captures the flame of this heavenly place.

Two For the Price of One

One soul in particular whom Eriel assisted is now known as the Ascended Master Fun Wey. Fun Wey was born into an old Chinese family and after his life was threatened the Master Eriel is said to have rescued Fun Wey and brought him to his spiritual retreat. Later, Fun Wey attained his immortal freedom through enthusiastic and illumined obedience to the Master.

The Ascended Master Fun Wey now serves with Eriel at his retreat over Arizona. He is known for teaching the “Fun Way” to ultimate soul liberation where the fun way of living is the God way of living. [3]

Fun Wey is said to radiate joy and the desire to serve. He also works closely with nature spirits who are also known as elemental beings. His radiation may be drawn through the melody of the song “In a Country Garden.” [4]

A Place Where Little Angels Find Their Wings

The Ascended Master Eriel mentors and tutors the souls of recently departed children from around the world

Eriel often draws to his retreat the souls of children who have experienced an untimely or difficult passing. This includes children as well as adolescents who are brought here for understanding and healing after accidents, illness, and other causes.

While in Eriel’s retreat, these children receive training and preparation for continued spiritual growth including future service and possible re-embodiment.

Indeed, this spiritual retreat is truly a place where little angels find their wings!

In Part 2, the final installment of this blog series, we’ll explore some of the meaningful ways you can help Eriel, Fun Wey, and the children they care for. Stay tuned—you won’t want to miss it!

Until then, we invite you to take a few moments to watch the following video about Eriel and his heavenly retreat.
